Information We Collect
Depending on the application and only when necessary to provide the requested service, we may collect basic account information such as name, email address, and app settings or preferences.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
How Information Is Used
Information you provide is used solely to:
- Perform the action you request
- Enable core app functionality
- Maintain service reliability and security
For apps that access Google user data, Strandapps uses that data only to provide and improve user-facing features requested by the user.
Third-Party Services
We may use secure third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting or telephony providers) to operate our services. These providers process information only as necessary to provide functionality on our behalf.
We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Google User Data
If our applications access Google user data, we use that data only to provide or improve the user-facing features requested by the user. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it for cross-app tracking, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Google user data is shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate the application, such as secure cloud hosting providers, and only as needed to provide the requested functionality.
We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.
Application Access to Google Calendar
Our application uses Google OAuth only to request access to the user's Google Calendar for this user-facing dashboard feature.
The Google user data accessed by the app may include Google Calendar event information needed to display calendar entries, such as event title, start time, end time, location, description, calendar name, and related calendar metadata.
We do not collect, store, save, copy, sell, or create a separate database of Google Calendar entries. Calendar data is retrieved only as needed to display entries to the user in the dashboard.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, cross-app tracking, data brokerage, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate, secure, or provide the application, such as through secure hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf.
This Google app does not require or intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as date of birth, government identification numbers, health information, financial account information, precise location, biometric data, payment card information, phone number, SMS message content, or automated phone interaction information.
Protection of User Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data. These safeguards include HTTPS encryption in transit, OAuth-based authorization, access controls, limited access to production systems, and secure cloud infrastructure intended to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
Access to systems that may process Google user data is limited to authorized personnel or service providers who need access to operate, maintain, or secure the service.
Data Protection and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information and Google user data. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, limited access to production systems, secure cloud infrastructure, and monitoring intended to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel or service providers who need access to operate, maintain, or secure the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information and Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
For Google Calendar, we do not store Google Calendar event content. Calendar event data is retrieved only as needed to display entries in user-facing boards and configuration screens.
We may store Google account connection information, OAuth tokens, selected calendar metadata, and calendar display preferences only for as long as the user chooses to keep the Google Calendar feature connected.
Users may revoke application access to Google Calendar at any time through their Google Account permissions. Users may also request deletion of their personal information or stored Google account connection information by contacting support@strandapps.com.
When access is revoked or deletion is requested, we delete stored Google account connection information and revoke or invalidate stored OAuth tokens within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, or operational requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
